That's me on stage w/ Guttermouth, standing next to Mark Adkins. Oct.17 in Freeport, IL @ Klub Phenomenon. When I shouted for the band to play 'BBB', Mark asked if I wanted to sing it. I was in total shock at that point, I don't really remember but I guess I went on stage and sang it. I didn't even look at the other band members when I was up there, I just completely zoned out and yelled what words I knew and made up the rest. People were giving my mad props but I didn't know hardly any of the words except for "Harm yourself!" and "Worship dead junkies in shitty bands, kill your fucking self!". And of course, "Boots....Bondage....and Basic reading skills!"
I told Mark to sing backups and start the song because at first I couldn't even think of how it went. I'll probably never get another chance to sing with Guttermouth but luckily I got these pics. You better believe that I've studied those words since then and know them much better. So I'm ready guys, next time you come to Chicago if you ever read this. And thanks, Mark.
