We played with this band at Bottom Lounge, Buddy's and Cal's.
This group is made up of 3 members of another defunct band called The Monsignors. I was a huge Monsignors fan from back in the day and learned about RofA thru Scott Harmless. I had contacted him to try and find out more about the Monsignors (as this was years after they had broken up). He put me in touch with Mike from RofA and I soon learned about the new band. I went and checked them out on Halloween 2004 and had a blast. I stayed in touch with him as I bugged him to send me some unreleased/live/whatever Monsignors stuff...and the next thing you know we got coincidentally booked with them at the Bottom Lounge. I was content to jam their tunes and idolize this band from afar...I could not believe we were booked with them! You couldnt possibly find a better group of people...they are so expereienced as musicians that they can do no wrong on stage, combined with the fact that they are totally excellent people and super nice and stuff...I'm still reeling from getting to not only see them last night but jam with em. It was awesome and I've already got them contractually obligated to play another show with us @ Buddy's in a month. It will truly be off the hook. There are many bands in the 'bands' section of this site but this is one I would truly recommend, do NOT sleep on this people! Go download a few mp3s and youll see for yourself. If you do that and still dont like em you either just dont like good music (sorry, cant help ya) or you are clinically dead.
