Eternal Bliss

This band was originally around as a contemporary of CFD, around 1996-1997. 2 of CFDs 4 shows were with Eternal Bliss in this original incarnation. They played one reunion show (with Low Profile) in 1998. They released one full length, 'Ticket to Life'. A couple years after that they wanted to reunite just to go to the studio and record their final songs, which werent on the LP. The original bassist wasn't interested so I learned 6 songs and we rehersed probably 6-7 times over a month. We did the entire album including mixing in 10 hours over 2 days.

Shooting Blanks was around from 2001-2007. In 2003 their bassist broke his pelvis. I rehersed with them 4-5 times and played 3 shows with them. I learned 10-12 songs. Low Profile played with this band over 10 times before their demise, so even back in '03 I knew their material pretty well from seeing them perform so many times.

Low Profile played with this band around 10 times. Their guitarist Bill couldn't make it to a show but they didn't want to cancel....I rehersed with them 4 times and learned over 20 of their songs, 90% originals.

This was a duo with Matt Brieske of Eternal Bliss. We rehersed 5-6 times and played 1 show which consisted of two 10 song sets, all covers except for a few of Matt's originals. Matt played harmonica, guitar and some leads on a resonator acoustic. I played rhythm, a few leads and lead vocals on a couple songs as well as backups on almost all.

Low Profile played with The Symptoms many times, they wanted to play all Misfits covers for a Halloween show and ask Tony from Shot Baker to sing for them. Shot Baker was on tour so they asked me. We rehersed 3-4 times and played one show, 10-12 songs all Misfits.

Laugh to Scorn put out an EP and their bassist quit. They were kind of stuck in a rut and I learned all the songs on the EP and rehersed with them about 10 times. We began to write new material and had some shows booked but the whole thing fell apart and the band broke up. Luckily got a reheral laid to tape to show for all my hard work.
