greetings all

its been a hot minute since you heard from satan165. amongst the reasons why, of late i have wrestled with many mailing list issues. please accept my forgiveness for any BS emails you may have recieved saying you were subscribed/unsubscribed, etc.... we changed servers and i transfered the whole list but the new mailing list service sucked. so i got yet another one. now all is well.

as if you wanted to hear about that crap.

lets get down to business!!!! first of all, we got a show this saturday the 25th at the mutiny. the mutiny is located at fullerton/western and like all shows at ed's fine establishment there is NO COVER to get in. we will be accompanied with an all star revue including the symptoms (our 5th time with those guys) and also vacation bible school and lesser events. big up to donny from lesser events for offering us the show. this will be our 7th time at the mutiny and i look forward to redeeming myself personally after a disasterous performance at our last gig last fall when i suffered from a nervous breakdown of sorts.

you may be wondering whats going on with low profile since its been so long since you heard from us.

rob is working on a 'studio drummer' gig with our engineer (and also the engineer for the satan165 LP), scott herschler. rob will appear on 3 songs for scott's upcoming 4th album! stay tuned for info on its release and go buy some of scott's other shit here:

recently tho i have been becoming more inspired along the lines of good old punk rock and getting back to the roots of low profile. we are currently re-working our original material from '98 and having alot of fun doing it.

we have another gig april 1st which will be a bone records showcase of sorts, with shooting blanks, after the fight and highball. go hit up http://www.bonerecordschicago.com right now!!!

weve got some cool shit lined up for 2006 outside of live performance, stay tuned for more info on that.
