Crate Powerblock Head & GT112SL Cabinet

I've had my eye on this rig since it came out. It took me about a year to get around to buying it. I got both pieces off ebay. Paid under $400 for both. The head is 150 watts full stereo -- it can power a full stack! I currently have it running into this cabinet which Crate made specific for this head. The head can power up to 4 and I plan on buying a 2nd one soon.

Unlike my old system its a 1-channel. ANd I didnt really like the way it sounded so I am running thru a Digitech RP100 pedal. I created my own distorted tone with the pedal. The head has not only an effects loop, but a stereo effects loop! I am not using its stereo capabilities but I had to buy a special cord. BEucase the effects loop is stereo, but it doesnt have two ins and two outs. It only has one of each -- you have to use one stereo cable instead of two mono cables. What I mean is that I have a Y-cable running to my pedal...it has the in/out on the one end and just a single stereo 1/4" on the other end...the 'in' from the pdeal is on the 'ring' and the 'out' from the pedal is on the 'tip'. I use a Monster Cable from the head to the cab. It sounds really nice now and its loud as fuck. I'm real happy with it.
