Jackson

This is #4, my newest Jackson and newest guitar overall. It has dual 'Duncan designed'humbuckers. I bought this one for a great price, around $165, also on ebay. When I recieved it, the neck had a hairline crack. I decided that the guy probably knew about the problems and he had some kind of scam going where we would claim it on the post office insurance. I ended up paying $75 to get it fixed instead, I want no part in his scam. It had some other cosmetic and electrical(dirty pots) problems and was taken into the shop the day I recieved it. This Jackson has no real markings on it as far as a model name/number, it does have 24 frets, the shark fin inlays (which are upside down, check it out!) and has great action. It also has a chrome-plated Floyd-Rose, unlike the others.
I didn't like the sound of the Duncan pickups at all, so I sold em on ebay and put in an EMG81 in teh bridge position (giving me a total of 4 guitars with an 81 in 'em). I just left the neck position empty, which looks pretty rugged. I should buy another 81 for that, it woudl sound insane. I do like the rugged look of a missing pickup, espically combined with the overall beat down condition of this guitar. IT still plays very well, despite its look.
