Pearl Snare

Snare:
I got this snare as a gift for my highschool graduation and it is still the centerpiece of my drum set. It is a pearl sensitone brass shell snare drum. I love "Fat" snares both physically and audibly, this snare is six inches deep to give it a little more body and balls. The brass shell produces high pitched resonance, that when coupled with finely tuned heads and snares, if fucking priceless. The snare comes equipt with Pearl's famous "Super Hoop" which is used for the 10-lug tuning system and gives you more contorl over sound out of your heads. As mentioned above, I use Evans heads for my snare drum and special copper bound snares for a tight response.

webmasters note: having a good snare is nice and all, but you need sticks with which to bang on that thing!
